2019-20 Honors — CSCAA All-American in the 200-yard freestyle… named the Iowa Swimming Team MVP. 2019-20 — NCAA qualifier in the 50 free, 100 free, and 200 free… did not compete at the NCAA Championships after the season was canceled by Big Ten Conference and NCAA on March 12 due to concerns of coronavirus (COVID-19)… posted NCAA “B” qualifying times in the 50 free (22.54), 200 free (1:44.92), and 100 back (53.85)… also part of the 800-free relay (7:04.70) that swam an NCAA provisional qualifying time… swam to school records in the 50 free (22.54), 100 free (48.65), 800-free relay (7:04.70), and 400-medley relay (3:36.18)… scored in seven events at the Big Ten Championships… earned the bronze medal, touching third overall in the 200 free (1:45.36)… also was fourth in the 800-free relay (7:04.70), ninth in the 100 free (49.18) and 200-free (1:31.09) and 400-medley (3:36.18) relays, 10th in 400-free relay (3:20.35), and 21st in 50 free (22.88)… led the team in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free and as part of the 200-free, 400-free, 800-free, and 400-medley relays… tallied eight dual meet victories over five different opponents.

2018-19 Honors — Named Iowa’s Swimming Most Valuable Player. 2018-19 — NCAA qualifier in three events — 50 free, 100 free, and 200 free… placed 28th in 200 free (1:45.89), 30th in 100 free (48.92), and 46th in 50 free (22.87)… broke school record in 100 free on final day of NCAA Championships… posted six top-10 finishes at the Big Ten Championships… was fifth in 200 free (1:45.04), seventh in 50 free (22.62) and in 800-free relay (7:10.10), ninth in 100 free (48.97) and as part of 400-medley relay (3:39.21), and 10th in 200-free relay (3:39.21)… posted NCAA “B” cut times in the 50 free (22.55), 100 free (48.97), 200 free (1:45.04), 500 free (4:44.24), and 100 back (53.27)… swam to a school record in the 50 free (22.55) at the Hawkeye Invitational and a school record in the 100 back (53.27) at the Big Ten Championships… led the team in six events — 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 100 back, and 200 back.

2017-18 Honors — Team MVP after being an NCAA qualifier and leading team in 10 total events. 2017-18 — NCAA qualifier in the 100 free and 200 free… placed 31st in the 200 free (1:45.70) and 37th in the 100 free with a school record time of 48.94 seconds at the NCAA Championships… swam to NCAA “B” qualifying times in the 100 free (48.94), 200 free (1:44.42), 500 free (4:44.40), 100 back (53.93) and 200 back (1:56.56)… scored in six events at the Big Ten Championships… placed seventh as part of 200-free relay (1:31.18) and eighth in 800-free relay (7:08.06) and 400-medley relay (3:37.71)… was 10th in 200 free (1:45.82) and 400-free relay (3:20.77) and 20th in 100 free (49.72) at Big Tens… led team in the 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 1,000 free, 100 back, and 200 back… had the second-fastest 50 free time (23.03)… member of the team-leading 200-free relay (1:31.18), 400-free relay (3:20.31), 800-free relay (7:08.06), and 400-medley relay (3:37.71)… posted nine individual victories and four relay wins.

2016-17 Honors — named the Big Ten Freshmen of the Week on Oct. 5, Dec. 14, and Jan. 25. 2016-17 — Broke the Iowa school record in the 100 free at the USA College Challenge… member of the record-setting 200-medley relay, 400-medley relay, and 400-free relay… swam to NCAA “B” qualifying standards in the 50 (22.84), 100 (49.22), and 200 free (1:46.29)… swam collegiate-best times in 50 free (22.84), 100 free (49.22), 200 free (1:46.29), 500 free (4:57.00), and 100 back (56.40)… led team in 100 and 200 free and ranked second in 50 free… swam on all five relays at the Big Ten Championships… the 200-medley (1:38.99) and 400-medley relays (3:36.71) broke the school records and finished seventh… 200-free relay (1:31.79) finished ninth… 400 free relay (3:18.83) finished ninth and broke the school record… 800 free relay ( 7:14.79) finished 11th.

High School — National medalist in the 100-meter free (2011-gold, 2012-silver, 2014-bronze), 200-meter free (2011-bronze), 50-meter fly (2015-bronze), and 4×100-meter medley relay (2015-gold)… selected by England Talent to swim in the French Open in Vichy, France, in July, 2016… British Championship qualifier from 2011-16… holds several South East Region, county, and club records… selected as part of the South East Regional team to compete in Barcelona (2014, 2015) in the Catalan Championships… will compete as part of South East Regional team in Geneva for the Challenge International Meet in January, 2016… top times: 50 free (22.60), 100 free (48.42), 200 free (1:45.00), 500 free (4:50.84), 100 back (54.05), 100 IM (55.50)… club coach was Vince Ayling.
