2026 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 1:29.02 in 600 meters at Arkansas Invite, which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... ran a collegiate-best 2:06.53 in 800 meters at Meyo Invite, which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay that clocked a 11:27.89 at B1G Championships, which ranks 10th all-time at Iowa... Outdoor - Placed 14th in 800 meters with a collegiate-best 2:02.69 at NCAA West First Round... that time ranks third all-time at Iowa... ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed fifth in 3:30.88 at Florida Relays, which ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... anchored Drake Relays champion and team-leading sprint medley relay (3:44.68), which ranks second all-time at Iowa... anchored team-leading 4x800-meter relay that placed fourth in 8:34.81 at Drake Relays... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... ran 800 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (2:03.24), Florida Relays (2:04.13), UCF Black & Gold Challenge (2:04.76), Mt. SAC Relays (2:04.89), and B1G Championships (2:04.95).

2025 -- Competed at Norfolk State... Indoor - Won MEAC 800-meter title (2:11.59), while running on 4x400-meter relay (3:48.90) and distance medley relay (12:13.43) that placed second at conference meet... led team in 800 meteres (2:10.81) and 1,000 meters (2:55.11),  and as part of 4x400-meter (3:47.30) and distance medley (12:13.43) relays... Outdoor - Ran on 4x400 meter relay that set a new school record of 3:40.44 at  Penn Relays… MEAC Championships runner-up in 800 meters (2:07.49), and as part of 4x400 meter relay (3:42.75)… also led team in 800 meters (2:06.58) and as part of sprint medley relay (3:56.22).

2024 -- Competed at Norfolk State... Indoor - Led team in 400 meters and as part of 4x400-meter relay (3:50.00)... ran a collegiate-best 55.97 in 400 meters at DIII Pre-Nationals Invite... ran on 4x400-meter relay that placed fifth at MEAC Championships (3:50.93)... Outdoor - Led team in 400 meters (54.42) and as part of 4x400 (3:43.60) and 4x800-meter (8:52.12) relays... ran on 4x400-meter relay placed third (3:43.63), and placed fourth in 400 meters with a collegiate-best 54.42 at MEAC Championships… AD Honor Roll student... Cross Country - Placed fifth at MEAC Championships with a collegiate-best 5,000-meter time of 18:21.40… also ran collegiate bests at UMES Season Opener (14:31.80-3,000 meters) and Panorama Farms Invite (22:28.60-6,000 meters)... MEAC All-Academic team honoree… named team’s Most Valuable Runner at Spartan Choice Awards.

 

2023 -- Competed at Norfolk State... Cross Country - Competed in six events... ran season bests in 5,000 meters at Great American XC Festival (20:13.6) and 6,000 meters at Pirate Invite (24:22.8).
