2026 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 2:48.13 in 1,000 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite.

2025 -- Competed for Colby CC... Indoor - Two-time NJCAA All-American, placing second in 1,000 meters with a collegiate-best 2:57.78, and third in 800 meters (2:13.83) at NJCAA Championships... Region VI/KJCCC 1,000-meter champion (2:57.99), placing second in 2:15.24... Outdoor - Two-time NJCAA All-American, placing third in 800 meters (2:07.61) and fourth in 1,500 meters (4:30.19) with collegiate-best times at NJCAA Championships... NJCAA Region VI 1,500-meter champion (4:34.43), placing second in 800 meters (2:12.81).

 

2024 -- Competed for Colby CC... Indoor - Two-time NJCAA All-American, placing fifth in 3,000 meters (10:07.27) and eighth in mile (4:59.27)... ran on Region VI/KJCCC champion distance medley relay (12:26.83), placing third in mile (5:10.06) and 3,000 meters (10:30.62)... Outdoor - Three-time NJCAA All-American, placing fifth in 3,000 meters (10:09.27), fifth as part of distance medley relat (12:05.91), and eighth in mile (4:59.27)... ran on Region VI/KJCCC Champion distance medley relay (12:26.83), placing third in mile (5:10.06) and 3,000 meters (10:30.62)... Cross Country - Runner-up at Region VI Championships, running a collegiate-best 17:20.8 in 5,000 meters... competed in four meets.

2023 -- Competed for Colby CC... Cross Country - Placed 15th at NJCAA Championships (18:27.9-5,000 meters) and third at Region VI Championships (18:43.1-5,000 meters)... competed in five races.
