2018 — Indoor – All-American… anchored 1,600-meter relay that placed ninth at NCAA Championships with a team-leading 3:33.19… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay to third-place finish at Big Ten Championships (3:33.31)… anchored 1,600-meter relay at Wieczorek Invite (3:37.37), which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… ran collegiate bests in 200 meters at Black & Gold Premier (25.26) and 400 meters at Big Ten Championships (55.43)… Outdoor – anchored school record-setting 800-meter relay at Florida Relays (1:35.11) and ran third leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay (3:35.94)… ran on 1,600-meter relay that placed third in 3:35.94 at Big Ten Championships, which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… ran on 1,600-meter relay that placed third at Drake Relays (3:39.74)…  ran collegiate-best 400-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight (59.49)… that time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… placed fifth in 400-meter hurdles at Drake Relays (1:00.45)… ran 200 meters (24.62) at Willie Williams Classic… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner.

2015 — Track – competed for Iowa State University.

High School — two-time 400-meter hurdle champion… set school record in 400 meter hurdles and 100 meters… three-time team MVP.

Personal — born March 21, 1997… daughter of Penny and Paul Smith, and Mike and Karen Plock… has a twin sister, Megan and older sister, Emily… speech and hearing science major.
