2011 — Indoor – ran collegiate bests in 600 meters (1:36.41) at Iowa Open and mile (4:51.80) at Iowa State Classic… posted season-best 800 meters (2:15.73) at Big Ten Championships…. Outdoor – did not compete… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2010 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (2:12.91)… ran season-best mile with fourth place finish at ISU Classic (5:00.57)… Outdoor – ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay (11:43.06) at Drake Relays, which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… ran season-best 1,500 meters while placing fourth at Stanford Invite (4:38.37)… ran season-best 800 meters (2:17.70) at CCU Shamrock… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran collegiate-best 11:18 (3,000 meters) at Iowa Invite, placing 25th… also placed 25th at Hawkeye Invite (11:21)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.

2009 — Indoor – ran season-best 600 meters (1:36.50) at Iowa Invite and 800 meters (2:14.37) at Big Ten Championships… placed 13th in 800 meters at Iowa State Classic (2:16.96) and Last Chance Qualifier (2:16.58)… Outdoor – ran season-best 1,500 meters (4:35.91) at Big Ten Championships… ran second leg on team-leading 3,200-meter relay that placed sixth in 8:53.91 at Drake Relays… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… letterwinner.

2008 — Cross Country – redshirted.

High School — four-time first team all-conference and all-district in cross country, earning elite all state honors… two-time cross country conference athlete of the year… Iowa City Press Citizen’s 2007 Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year runner-up and 2007 West Branch Athlete of the Year… five-time team most valuable runner in cross country and track… cross country team advanced to 2006 Nike Team Nationals… four-time placewinner at state cross country meet… team won two state cross country titles, placing second her freshman year and third her senior season… runner-up in 800 meters at state track meet senior year… anchored runner-up distance medley relay and third-place 3,200-meter relay at state meet freshman year… set school records in 800 meters (2:15.31) and as part of 3,200-meter relay (9:44)… four-year letterwinner in basketball… two-time academic all-conference… honor roll student and national scholar-athlete award winner… coaches were Harlan Ferguson, Carol Lumpa and Tom Mittman.
