2009 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran third legs on team-leading 400-meter (45.83) and 800-meter relays (1:38.79)… the 400-meter relay placed third at Big Ten Championships and the 800-meter relay time ranks sixth in school history… ran season bests in 200 meters (25.34) at Illinois Invite and 400 meters (1:00.33) at Messersmith Invite.

2007 — Indoor – won 200 meters at Iowa Invite (26.12)… part of runner-up 1,600-meter relay at Iowa Invite (3:58.23)… ran 200 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (25.68) and Big Ten meet (25.83)… Outdoor – qualified for NCAA regional as part of 1,600-meter relay that placed sixth in 3:39.36 at Drake Relays… that time ranks third in school history… placed sixth in 200 meters at Musco Twilight IX (25.34) and seventh at John Jacobs Invite (25.05)… member of ninth-place sprint medley relay (3:59.34) at Drake Relays… that time ranks third in school history… letterwinner.
High School — member of the 2004 national champion team at English schools (Essex)…2006 national relay champions at English schools (London)… school record holder in the 100 and 200 meters and long jump… seven-time district champion… team captain 2002-04… best times were 12.52 in 100 meters, 24.38 in 200 meters, 40.22 in 300 meters and 58.27 in 400 meters…coached by Christine Bowemaker and Lloyd Cowan.
