2008 — Cross Country – ran collegiate bests in 3,000 meters (11:11) at Hawkeye Invite, 5,000 meters (17:56) at Auburn Invite and 6,000 meters (22:53) at Big Ten Championships… letterwinner.

High School — 14-time state champion in track, winning 1,600 meters six times, 3,200 meters three times and 800 meters twice… also ran on three state champion 3,200-meter relays… North Dakota Senior Athlete of the Year in both cross country and track… won state cross country meet four times, placing second twice… placed second in 3,200 meters (10:35) at 2008 Golden West Invite… placed seventh at 2007 Regional Foot Locker Cross Country meet in 2005 (17:44) and 2007 (17:55)… Nike indoor freshman mile winner (5:03) and outdoor runner-up (4:57)… placed 25th at National Foot Locker Cross Country meet in 2005 and 34th in 2007… set school records in 800 meters (2:15) and 1,600-meters (4:55)… valedictorian of her graduating class… highest honor roll student… National Honor Society member… coached by Jeff Manley and Greg Anderson.
