2014 — Indoor – won weight throw at Iowa Invite (61-8 1/4, 18.80m), placing sixth at ISU Classic (60-5, 18.41m), ninth at Big Ten Championships (59-8, 18.19m) and Husker Invite (57-0 3/4, 17.39m)… Outdoor – placed third in hammer throw at Musco Twilight with a collegiate-best 192-9 (58.75m)… that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed eighth in hammer at Mt. SAC Relays (186-0, 56.70m), third at Arkansas Spring Invite (183-3, 55.87m), seventh at Drake Relays (182-1, 55.50m), seventh at Arizona State Invite (177-9, 54.18m) and 10th at Big Ten Championships (172-0, 52.43m).

2013 — Indoor – set school record in weight throw with her winning toss of 63-6 (19.35m) at Iowa Invite… placed fourth in weight throw at Iowa State Classic (61-6 1/4, 18.75m), fifth at Bill Bergan Invite (60-10 3/4, 18.56m), won event at Iowa Open (60-7, 18.48m) and placed 15th at Big Ten Championships (58-1, 17.70m)… Outdoor – placed fifth in hammer throw at Big Ten Championships with a collegiate-best 189-6 (57.76m)… that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed fifth in hammer throw at Jim Click Shootout (188-0, 57.30m), second at Central College Invite (179-11, 54.85m), third at Lee Calhoun Invite (178-0, 54.27m), sixth at Musco Twilight XIV (178-0, 54.27m), 12th at Alabama Relays (167-2, 50.97m) and 23rd at Drake Relays (161-5, 49.21m)… letterwinner.

2012 — Indoor – placed fifth in weight throw with a collegiate-best 57-0 3/4 (17.39m) at Iowa Invite… that mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… placed third in weight throw at New Year[apos]s Classic (54-4, 16.56m), eighth at Adidas Classic (53-9 3/4, 16.40m), 10th at Iowa State Classic (54-2 3/4, 16.53m), 26th at New Balance Invite (54-3 3/4, 16.55m) and 28th at Big Ten Championships (53-0 3/4, 16.17m)… Outdoor – placed 12th in hammer (179-1, 54.59m) and 17th in discus (144-7, 44.07m) at Big Ten Championships… placed third in hammer at Messersmith Invite (180-8, 55.06m) and fifth at Musco Twilight XIII (171-7, 52.29m)… placed ninth in discus at Arkansas Spring Invite (137-9, 41.99m) and 14th at LSU Invite (136-11, 41.73m)… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – posted season bests in shot put (37-11 1/4, 11.56m) at Iowa State Classic and weight throw (53-6 1/4, 16.31m) at Iowa Open… Outdoor – qualified for NCAA West Regional in hammer throw with collegiate-best 182-3 (55.55m) at Messersmith Invite… that mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in hammer (174-10, 53.29m) and 20th in discus (139-8, 42.58m) at Big Ten Championships… placed third in discus with collegiate-best 154-11 (47.23m), seventh in hammer (170-11, 52.10m) and posted collegiate-best shot put (35-5 1/4, 10.80m) at Musco Twilight XII… the discus mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… threw 165-5 (50.42m) in hammer at regional meet… letterwinner.

2010 — Track – redshirted.

High School — two-time state champion discus and shot put… four-time all-state and all-conference honoree… set school records in shot put (47-0 1/4) and discus (144-6), and as part of 1,600-meter relay… also played varsity basketball… coached by Paul Walderzak, Gary Hagnebuch and Dennis Pruder.

Personal — born March 25, 1991… daughter of Bill and Faye Gulvas… sport studies major.
