2009 — Indoor – ran season-best mile (5:17.31) at Meyo Invite… Outdoor – led team in 3,000 meters (10:20.62)… ran collegiate-best 1,500 meters (4:40.02) at Messersmith Invite… placed fourth in 1,500 meters (4:46.68) at Lee Calhoun Memorial… anchored team-leading distance medley relay (12:11.56) at Drake Relays… letterwinner… Cross Country – redshirted.

2008 — Cross Country – ran season-bests in 3,000 meters (11:03) at Hawkeye Invite and 5,000 meters (19:06) at Auburn Invite… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

High School –– Eleven-time all-state, earning six honors in cross country and five in track… twelve-time all-conference and varsity letterwinner, earning six each in cross country and track… five-time conference champion… thirteen-time placewinner at state meet… placed fifth at state cross country meet senior year and fourth as a junior… set school records in cross country (4,000 meters – 14:17), 1,600 meters (5:04) and 3,200 meters (10:49)… five-time sectional champion, placing second three times… all-American Nordic skier, qualifying for Junior Olympics three times… four-time all-conference, five-time team MVP, six-time letterwinner and two-time state medalist in Nordic skiing, winning one conference title… three-year academic letterwinner… four-year top 10 scholar, National Merit Commended Scholar honors in 2007… National Honor Society member… coaches were Pete Svien, Beth Holger, Josh Coval and Krystal Lehner.
