2012 — Indoor – placed third in shot put with a collegiate-best 43-10 1/2 (13.37m) at New Year’s Classic… placed third in weight throw (57-2 3/4, 17.44m) and eighth in shot put (42-0 3/4, 12.82m) at Adidas Classic… placed 20th in weight throw at New Balance Invite (56-4 1/2, 17.18m) and 22nd at Big Ten Championships (55-9 3/4, 17.01m)… placed sixth in weight throw (55-7, 16.94m) and eighth in shot put (41-10 1/2, 12.76m) at Iowa Invite… Outdoor – placed third in special discus event at Musco Twilight XIII with school record-setting throw of 172-11 (52.72m)… qualified for NCAA West Preliminary in discus… placed eighth in discus (170-10, 52.07m) at Drake Relays… placed third in discus (172-8, 62.62m), and 10th in hammer (143-9, 43.82m) at Musco Twilight XIII… won discus (171-8, 52.33m) and threw 135-5 (41.27m) in hammer at Tom Botts Invite… placed third in discus (165-10, 50.55m) and 19th in hammer (148-7, 45.30m) at LSU Invite… placed eighth in discus at Big Ten Championships (163-2, 49.74m)… posted a collegiate-best javelin (102-5, 31.23m) at Arkansas Spring Invite… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – set then-school record in the weight throw with a collegiate-best toss of 58-4 (17.78m) for second place at ISU Classic… that mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… finished in the top three in weight throw three times… threw season-best 42-9 3/4 (13.05m) in shot put at Iowa Invite… placed 16th in weight throw (55-1 1/2, 16.80m) at Big Ten Championships… won weight throw (55-8 1/2, 16.98m) at Iowa Open… Outdoor – set school discus record at Big Ten Championships 172-4 (52.52) to earn runner-up finish… qualified for NCAA West Regional in discus, placing 23rd with a throw of 154-8 (47.15m)… won discus at Sun Angel Classic (166-10 1/2, 50.87m) and Messersmith Invite (164-1, 50.02m), and placed 11th at Drake Relays (161-8, 49.29m)… recorded collegiate-best javelin throw (99-7, 30.36m) and season-best shot put (40-6 1/4, 12.35m) at Musco Twilight XII, and season-best hammer throw of 146-6 (44.66m) at LSU Invite… letterwinner.

2010 — Indoor – posted season-best weight throw with win at Iowa Invite (52-8 3/4, 16.07m)… threw season-best shot put at Big Ten Championships (43-3, 13.18m)… placed second in weight throw at Iowa Open (51-6 1/4, 15.70m)… Outdoor – posted season-best 159-4 (48.56m) in discus with a third-place finish at Musco Twilight XI… competed in discus at NCAA West Regional (113-8, 34.64m)… threw collegiate-best 156-9 (47.77m) in hammer throw at Tiger Track Classic… that mark ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… threw a season-best 42-8 3/4 (13.02m) in shot put at Tiger Track Classic… won discus at Iowa Invite (154-4, 47.04m), placed second at Lee Calhoun Memorial (149-6, 45.57m) and third at CCU Shamrock Invite (147-5, 44.93m)… threw season-best in javelin at Big Ten Championships (97-6, 29.71m).

High School — placed second in discus and shot put at state and conference meets senior year… Drake Relays discus champion senior year… all-conference and team captain senior year… two-time team throws MVP… best marks are 138-9 1/2 in discus and 41-9 1/2 in shot put… all-academic honoree… three-year letterwinner in basketball, helping team to 2008 state title… coached by Tom Mittman.
