2011 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 600 meters (1:41.30) at Iowa Open and 800 meters (2:18.68) at Iowa State Classic… Outdoor – ran collegiate-best 800 meters (2:20.87) at Musco Twilight XII.
2010 — Track – reshirted… Cross Country – finished 32nd at Iowa Invite (11:44-3,000 meters)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.
High School — ran on state and conference champion 3,200-meter relay senior year… two-time all-conference in cross country and track, earning all-state and team captain honors senior year… team won conference titles in cross country twice and track once… best times were 60.1 in 400 meters, 47.6 in 300-meter hurdles, 2:19 in 800 meters and 15:32 in cross country 4,000 meters… also competed in figure skating… coached by Jane Morgan, Krista Larson and Amy Mayer.
