2013 — Indoor – placed fourth in weight throw with a collegiate-best 56-4 (17.17m) at Iowa Invite… that mark ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in weight throw at Iowa Open (53-6, 16.32m), eighth at adidas Classic(50-4, 15.34m) and 12th at Iowa State Classic(52-8 3/4, 16.07m)… Outdoor – placed sixth in hammer at Lee Calhoun Invite with a collegiate-best 162-5 (49.51m), which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… placed fourth at Musco Twilight XIV (154-10, 47.19m) and Central College Invite (153-1, 46.67m).

2012 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor –did not compete.

2011 — Track – competed for Iowa Western Community Collegiate… Indoor – placed ninth in shot put (40-6 1/4) and 10th in weight throw (46-9) at NJCAA Championships… set school records in shot put (43-10 1/2) and weight throw (46-9)… Outdoor – won Region XI titles in hammer throw (136-4) and discus (126-3), placing third in javelin (91-9) and shot put (38-2 1/4)… her hammer throw mark of 136-4 set a school record… placed 11th in shot put (39-10), 16th in discus (120-7) and 17th in hammer (120-9) at NJCAA Championships.

High School — won state discus title (148-8) senior year, placing eighth in shot put (38-6)… four-time conference champion, winning discus and shot put titles her junior and senior years… set school records in discus (148-8)… placed fourth in discus and ninth in shot put at Drake Relays senior year… two-time all-conference and all-district honoree… team captain senior year… lettered four years each in basketball and volleyball… two-time team captain and all-district and all-conference selection in volleyball, earning all-conference and all-district honors in basketball senior year… basketball team captain senior year… named high school[apos]s female athlete of the year in 2008… 2010 female athlete of the year for southwest Iowa… four-year all-academic honoree… National Honor Society member.
