2010 — Indoor – ran season-best 400 meters at the Iowa Invite, placing third at 1:01.59… ran a collegiate-best 300 meters at the Iowa Open (43.70)… Outdoor – did not compete.
High School — placed third in 100-meter hurdles and fourth in 400-meter hurdles at state meet senior year… 12-time state qualifier… set school records in 100-meter hurdles (14.7) and 400-meter hurdles (1:05.05), and as part of shuttle hurdle relay (1:07.67)… four-time team MVP… two-year letterwinner in basketball and swimming… set medley relay school record in swimming and earned honorable mention all-conference honors in basketball… academic all-state in track and basketball… four-year high honor roll student… National Honor Society member… coached by Kelly Simpson.
