2012 — Indoor – ran lead leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed sixth with a team-leading 3:41.78 at Big Ten Championships… that time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… ran lead leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed second at Iowa State Classic in 3:42.42… that time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… ran collegiate-best 400 meters (56.59) at Razorback Invite… placed third in 600 meters at Adidas Classic with collegiate-best 1:35.43… placed fourth in 600 yards with collegiate-best 1:23.18 at Iowa State Classic… that time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… placed second in 400 meters at Iowa Invite (56.83) and third in 500 meters at New Year’s Classic (1:16.02)… Outdoor – led team in 400-meter hurdles (59.54) and ran on team-leading 400 (45.45) and 1,600-meter relays (3:37.57)… placed 10th in 400-meter hurdles at Drake Relays with a collegiate-best 59.54, which ranks fourth all-time at Iowa and qualified her for NCAA West Preliminary… ran lead leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay (3:37.57) at LSU Invite, which ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… anchored 400-meter relay that placed fourth (45.51) and ran lead leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed fifth (3:38.49) at Big Ten Championships… the 400-meter relay ran a team-leading 45.45 in prelims, which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… the 1,600-meter relay time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… placed second in 400-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight XIII (59.72) and fifth at Arkansas Spring Invite (59.83)… ran collegiate-best 400 meters (55.54) at Tom Botts Invite… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – ran season-best 600 meters (1:35.43) at Big Ten Championships and 800 meters (2:17.13) at Iowa State Classic… Outdoor – won 400-meter hurdles with collegiate-best 1:01.35 at Musco Twilight XII… that time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… won 400-meter hurdles at Central Invite (1:01.84), placed 15th at Sun Angel Classic (1:01.94) and ran 1:02.43 in Big Ten prelims… academic all-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2010 — Indoor – ran season-best 400 meters at the Iowa Invite, placing third at 1:01.59… ran a collegiate-best 300 meters at the Iowa Open (43.70)… Outdoor – did not compete.

High School — placed third in 100-meter hurdles and fourth in 400-meter hurdles at state meet senior year… 12-time state qualifier… set school records in 100-meter hurdles (14.7) and 400-meter hurdles (1:05.05), and as part of shuttle hurdle relay (1:07.67)… four-time team MVP… two-year letterwinner in basketball and swimming… set medley relay school record in swimming and earned honorable mention all-conference honors in basketball… academic all-state in track and basketball… four-year high honor roll student… National Honor Society member… coached by Kelly Simpson.
