2014 — Indoor – placed seventh in weight throw with a collegiate-best 61-4 (18.69m) at Big Ten Championships… that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed third in weight throw at Iowa Invite (60-4 1/2, 18.40m), seventh at ISU Classic (59-7 3/4, 18.18m), sixth at Husker Invite (59-7 1/2, 18.17m) and fourth at Jack Johnson Classic (58-11 1/4, 17.96m)… Outdoor – led team in hammer throw, setting a school-record 198-1 (60.38m) in winning effort at Arizona State Invite… won hammer at Arkansas Spring Invite (194-0, 59.13m), placing fourth at Mt. SAC Relays (190-4, 58.01m), 16th at NCAA West Preliminary (185-8, 56.60m) and seventh at Big Ten Championships (178-2, 54.32m)… USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree… academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner.

2013 — Indoor – placed third in weight throw with a collegiate-best 60-0 1/4 (18.29m) at Iowa Open… that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed third in weight throw at adidas Classic (58-6 3/4, 17.85m), 11th at Bill Bergan Invite (57-1 1/2, 17.41m) and 19th at Big Ten Championships (54-3 1/4, 16.54m)… Outdoor – placed 25th in hammer throw with a collegiate-best 188-7 (57.49m) at NCAA West Preliminary… that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed second in hammer throw at Musco Twilight XIV (187-10, 57.25m), third at Alabama Relays (187-6, 57.16m), fourth at Jim Click Shootout (188-4, 57.41m), won event at Lee Calhoun Invite (183-8, 55.99m) and placed 10th at Drake Relays (183-3, 55.86m) and ninth at Big Ten Championships (183-2, 55.83m)… won hammer throw (187-2, 57.06m) and placed fourth in discus (142-10, 43.54m) at Central College Invite… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2012 — Indoor – won weight throw at New Year’s Classic with a season-best 57-3 3/4 (17.47m) in collegiate debut… that mark ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in weight throw at Iowa Invite (53-9 3/4, 16.40m), eighth at Iowa State Classic (54-10 1/4, 16.72m), 12th at Adidas Classic (51-2 3/4, 15.61m) and 21st at New Balance Invite (55-11 1/4, 17.05m)… Outdoor – placed second in hammer throw with a team-leading and collegiate-best 187-7 (57.19) at Messersmith Invite… that mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed ninth in hammer throw at Big Ten Championships (187-1, 57.03m), second at Tom Botts Invite (183-4, 55.89m), sixth at LSU Invite (181-0, 55.16m), third at Musco Twilight XIII (180-8, 55.07m) and 40th at NCAA West Preliminary (178-6, 54.42m)… letterwinner.

High School — won the bronze medal at youth nationals in South Africa sophomore year… went to the World Youth Championships junior year after winning a silver medal at senior nationals junior year… won the gold medal in junior and senior nationals and went to World Junior Championships where she finished 13th overall senior year.
