2012 — Indoor – placed ninth in shot put with a collegiate-best 41-6 1/2 (12.66m) at Iowa Invite… placed eighth in shot put at New Year[apos]s Classic (40-2, 12.24m), 11th at Adidas Classic (41-4 1/4, 12.60m) and 17th at Iowa State Classic (40-7 3/4, 12.39m)… Outdoor – won discus with a collegiate-best 154-1 (46.96m) at Messersmith Invite, which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… placed sixth in discus (149-2, 45.46m) and special discus (145-9, 43.97m) and ninth in hammer (144-3, 43.97m) at Musco Twilight XIII… placed seventh in discus (144-7, 44.06m) and 15th in hammer (149-10, 45.68m) at Tom Botts Invite… posted 147-1 (44.84m) in hammer at LSU Invite… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – posted season bests in shot put (40-2 3/4) and weight throw (44-9 3/4) at Iowa Invite… Outdoor – placed 15th in discus with collegiate-best 146-6 (44.66m) at Big Ten Championships… threw collegiate bests in shot put (40-1 1/2, 12.23m) at Musco Twilight XII and hammer (134-8, 41.04m) at LSU Invite… letterwinner.

High School — team won three state and conference titles… placed fourth in discus (137-5) and shot put (40-6) at state meet senior year… won conference discus title (127-5) junior year, placing second as a senior (126-1)… career bests in high school include a 152-8 mark in the discus and a 41-7 mark in the shot put… discus runner-up at 2010 Drake Relays, placing third junior year… 2009 Iowa City Press-Citizen honorable mention for athlete of the year… also played basketball and volleyball… academic all-conference and IBCA academic award winner… National Honor Society member… coached by Brad Wymer.
