2012 — Indoor – an collegiate-best and team-leading 800 meters (2:16.54) at Iowa State Classic… placed fifth in 800 meters (2:16.73) at Adidas Classic and third in 1,000 meters (2:59.21) at New Year[apos]s Classic… ran team-leading mile (5:14.81) at Razorback Invite… placed third in 600 meters at Iowa Invite (1:38.32)… Outdoor – ran third leg on team-leading distance medley relay at Drake Relays (11:40.57)… that time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in 800 meters (2:14.28) at Tom Botts Invite… placed second in 1,500 meters with a collegiate-best 4:36.37 at LSU Invite… academic All-Big Ten… Cross Country – competed in 4,000 meters at Toledo Bubble Buster (14:44) and Western Illinois Early Bird (15:05-2nd)… ran three miles at Bradley Open (18:14-17th)… Big Ten distinguished scholar… academic All-Big Ten… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed seventh at Drake Relays in 11:43.65… ran second leg on team-leading 3,200-meter relay that placed 11th at Drake Relays (9:03.94)… placed third in 800 meters with collegiate-best 2:13.76 at Musco Twilight XII… ran season-best 1,500 meters (4:38.41) at Big Ten Championships… letterwinner.

High School — placed third at the 2010 Polish Cross Country Nationals… competed at 2009 World Junior Cross Country Championships… personal bests are 2:08.80 in 800 meters, 4:23.80 in 1,500 meters and 2:48.81 in the 1,000 meters.
