2014 — Indoor – placed third in 800 meters at Big 4 Duals (2:17.77) and eighth at Jack Johnson Classic (2:15.96)… placed 29th in mile at ISU Classic (5:02.05) and 11th at Husker Invite (5:08.42)… Outdoor – ran second leg on team-leading 6,400-meter relay that placed eighth at Drake Relays in 20:23.27… that time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… placed eighth in 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight (4:40.08) and fifth at Illinois Twilight (4:40.47), and ran event at Big Ten Championships (4:36.71) and Stanford Invite (4:40.99)… letterwinner.

2013 — Indoor – ran mile at Iowa State Classic (5:05.80) and Iowa Invite (5:06.36)… anchored team-leading distance medley relay (11:47.15) at Big Ten Championships… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters (4:52.86) at Jim Click Shootout. Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – one of four Hawkeyes to compete in all six races… posted season-best times at NCAA Midwest Regional (22:35-48-6,000 meters), Iowa Black & Gold Invite (14:45.63-4,000 meters) and Hawkeye Early Bird Invite (11:30.09-3,000 meters)… academic all-Big Ten… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

2012 — Indoor – placed fifth in 800 meters at Iowa Invite (2:20.37)… ran mile at New Year[apos]s Classic (5:20.67)… Outdoor – did not compete… Cross Country – plplaced sixth in 4,000 meters at Western Illinois Early Bird (15:52) and ran three miles at Bradley Open (19:14-40th)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.

High School — three GCAC indoor 800-meter champion, winning outdoor title in 2010… five-time state qualifier, running at three state cross country meets and in 800 meters twice at state track meet… set school records in indoor 800 meters (2:18.0), 880 yards (2:22.20), 1,000 yards (2:48.50) and 1,600 meters (5:20.43), and outdoor 800 meters (2:16.0)… placed ninth in 800 meters at 2011 Midwest Distance Gala (2:20) and 10th in 2010 (2:16.31)… two-time track team MVP, earning cross country team MVP honors as a senior… three-time team outstanding performer in track, earning the honor two years in cross country… earned team most improved award in cross country and track as a freshman… four-year Loyola Scholar… coached by ChrisJon Simon and Frank Amato.
