2016 — Indoor – placed fifth in high jump with a collegiate-best 5-7 (1.70m) at Iowa State Classic… Outdoor – won high jump with a team-leading and collegiate-best 5-8 3/4 (1.75m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… that mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… tied for second in high jump at Jim Click Shootout (5-7 3/4, 1.72m)…letterwinner

2015 — Indoor – tied for 14th place in high jump with a team-leading 5-6 (1.68m) at Big Ten Championships… placed 11th in high jump at ISU Classic (5-4 1/4, 1.63m) and 12th at Husker Invite (5-4 1/4, 1.63m)… Outdoor – led team in high jump (5-5 1/4, 1.66m)… placed seventh in high jump at Baldy Castillo Invite (5-5 1/4, 1.66m) and competed in event at Beach Invite (5-5, 1.65m), Big Ten Championships (5-4 1/4, 1.63m) and Musco Twilight (5-4 1/4, 1.63m)… letterwinner.

2014 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 60-meter hurdles at Husker Invite (9.14)… placed ninth in pentathlon at Bill Bergan Invite (2,477 points), posting collegiate bests in 800 meters (2:39.02) and shot put (24-5, 7.44m) as part of competition… tied for 14th place in high jump at Big Ten Championships (5-6, 1.68m)… placed 13th in high jump (5-4 1/4, 1.63m) at Jack Johnson Classic… Outdoor – placed third in high jump at Arizona State Invite with a collegiate-best 5-7 1/4 (1.71m), which ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… placed 13th in high jump at Big Ten Championships (5-5 1/4, 1.66m), seventh at Arkansas Spring Invite (5-5 1/4, 1.66m), 11th at Musco Twilight (5-3, 1.60m) and 26th at Drake Relays (5-3, 1.60m)… letterwinner.

High School — state champion in the high jump her senior year… state champion in the shuttle hurdle relay her sophomore and junior year… placed third at the state meet in the 100-meter hurdles her junior year and fifth her sophomore year… four-time all-state selection… conference champion in the high jump, shuttle hurdle relay (2x), 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter relay her junior year… team captain her junior year.

Personal — born July 9, 1995… daughter of Darwin and Andrea Rouw… her dad played basketball at Central College… has two siblings, Abi and Caleb… open major.
