2015 — Indoor – led team in 600 yards (1:22.82) and ran second leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay (3:37.84)… won 600 yards (1:22.82) and ran second leg on winning 1,600-meter relay (3:42.37) at Big 4 Duals… ran on 1,600-meter relays that posted two of the top-10 all-time marks in school history (3:37.84-7th, 3:38.56-8th)… ran season-best 600 meters (1:32.07) and ran second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed fifth in 3:38.56 at Big Ten Championships… Outdoor – anchored sprint medley relay at Florida Relays (3:59.35), which ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… ran 400 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (57.73) and Mt. SAC Relays (59.71)… ran 200 meters (26.57) and 400 meters (58.45) at Beach Invite… ran 800 meters at Jim Duncan Invite (2:19.46).

2014 — Indoor – anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay to fourth-place finish at Big Ten Championships (3:37.16)… ran on two 1,600-meter relays that posted two of the top-10 all-time marks in school history (3:37.16-5th, 3:38.62-9th)… ran collegiate-best 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (2:08.79), which ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed sixth in 800 meters at Bill Bergan Invite (2:09.90)… ran second leg on winning 1,600-meter relay at Jack Johnson Classic that set meet and facility record of 3:43.46… placed second in 600 meters at Big 4 Duals (1:33.01) and fourth at Jack Johnson Classic (1:34.59)… ran 400 meters at Husker Invite (56.97)… Outdoor – led team in 800 meters (2:08.58)… anchored team-leading sprint medley relay to fourth place at Drake Relays in 3:51.18… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed second in 800 meters with a collegiate-best 2:08.58 at Musco Twilight… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… ran second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed seventh at Drake Relays (3:40.23), running a 3:36.09 in the prelims… the prelims time ranks third all-time at Iowa… ran second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed seventh at Mt. High School — three-time all-state and four-time all-district and all-conference selection in cross country… cross country MVP her sophomore and junior seasons… cross country team captain her senior season… three-time all-state, all-district and all-conference selection in track and field… 2012 800-meter state champion and 400-meter runner-up… state runner-up in the 800 and 4,000 meters in 2011.
