2016 — named team Most Improved Athlete… Indoor – ran 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (2:12.91), Meyo Invite (2:14.33), Razorback Invite (2:15.53), Big 4 Duals (2:16.57) and Iowa State Classic (2:16.98)… Iowa’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner… Outdoor – anchored team-leading 3,200-meter relay (8:51.90) and distance medley relay (11:56.93) at Drake Relays… the 3,200-meter relay ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in 800 meters with a collegiate-best 2:13.73 at Jim Click Shootout… ran 800 and 1,500 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (2:15.99, 4:44.56) and Pepsi Florida Relays (2:15.33, 4:47.16)… ran 800 meters at Texas Invite (2:15.72), Big Ten Championships (2:15.97) and Musco Twilight (2:16.57)… academic All-Big Ten… Cross Country – ran 3,000 meters at season-opening Hawkeye Invite (11:10.6).

2015 — Indoor – ran 600 meters at Border Battle (1:41.85)… ran 800 meters at Big 4 Duals (2:20.44), ISU Classic (2:20.84) and Husker Invite (2:21.48)… Outdoor – did not compete… Dean’s List student.

2014 — Indoor – placed fifth in 800 meters at Big 4 Duals (2:22.53) and ran event at Jack Johnson Classic (2:26.31)… placed 15th in mile at Husker Invite (5:17.71)… Outdoor – redshirted… ran 800 meters at Musco Twilight (2:22.86)… Dean’s List student.

High School — three-time all-district and all-conference selection in cross country… placed sixth at the 2012 Cross Country state meet… state champion in the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter relays and state runner-up in the distance medley relay in 2011… finished third in the 800 meters at the 2013 state meet.

Personal — born October 16, 1994… daughter of Kevin and Tina Sindt… has four siblings; Aaron, Justine, Ali and Austin…ethics & public policy and philosophy major.
