2017 — Indoor – ran mile at Black & Gold Premier (5:07.91), 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (10:18.90) and 5,000 meters at Meyo Invite (17:42.05)… Outdoor – placed second in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Musco Twilight with a collegiate-best 10:59.99… that time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… ran 1,500 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (4:43.68)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2016 — Indoor – led team in 5,000 meters, running a collegiate-best 17:58.02 at Iowa State Classic… ran collegiate-best 3,000 meters at Big 4 Duals (10:42.48)… Outdoor – did not compete… Dean’s List student…  Cross Country – ran collegiate-best 6,000 meters at NCAA Regional (22:08.9)… ran season bests in 3,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (10:50.6) and 5,000 meters at Illinois State Invite (18:23.29)… also competed at Pre-Nationals (22:28.1-6,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2015 — Indoor – placed seventh in 3,000 meters at Border Battle (10:54.00)… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Jim Duncan Invite (4:53.75) and 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (10:26.05)… letterwinner… Cross Country – recorded collegiate bests at Early Bird Invitational (3,000 meters/10:40.3), Notre Dame Invitational (5,000 meters/18:19.4) and Bradley Pink Classic (6,000 meters/21:50.8)… competed in 5,000 meters (19:28.8) at Illinois State Invitational and 6,000 meters at Big Ten Championships (22:34.8) and NCAA Midwest Regional (22:18.6)… letterwinner.

2014 — Indoor – placed 11th in 3,000 meters at Big 4 Duals (10:43.30)… placed ninth in mile at Iowa Invite (5:13.55) and seventh at Bill Bergan Invite (5:15.04)… Outdoor – did not compete… Cross Country – ran season-best times at Bulldog Classic (4,000 meters/15:43), Illinois State Invite (5,000 meters/18:44) and Big Ten Championships (6,000 meters/22:50.0)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… academic All-Big Ten.

High School — two-time all-state and three-time all-section, all-region and all-conference honoree in cross country… three-time cross country team MVP… section champion in 3,200 meters in track her junior year… two-time track and field all-conference selection.

Personal — born August 17, 1995… daughter of John and Beverly Breen… has two siblings, Rod and Samantha… member of national honors society… four-time recipient of IHSA Scholastic Achievement Award… open major.
