2016 — Indoor – placed second in discus at Iowa Duals (136-10, 47.10m)… Outdoor – competed in discus at Texas Invite (152-3, 46.40m), Baldy Castillo Invite (151-11, 46.30m) and Musco Twilight (151-8, 46.22m)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner

2015 — Indoor – placed third in discus (151-2 3/4, 46.09m) and fifth in weight throw (47-9, 14.55m) at Border Battle… Outdoor – competed in discus (152-11, 46.60m) and javelin (114-11, 35.04m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… the discus mark ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… competed in javelin and discus at Beach Invite (125-3, 38.18m; 140-0, 42.67m), Big Ten Championships (123-9, 37.71m; 146-2 1/2, 44.56m) and Musco Twilight (123-9, 37.71m; 139-2 1/4, 42.42m)… placed 13th in discus at Florida Relays (146-2, 44.56m)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2014 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – placed 12th in discus at Big Ten Championships (146-5, 44.63m)… placed seventh in discus (140-6, 42.84m) and ninth in javelin (109-8, 33.44m) at Arkansas Spring Invite… placed sixth in javelin (106-6, 32.46m) and eighth in discus (152-2, 46.39m) at Illinois Twilight… letterwinner.

High School — two-time state and conference champion in discus… two-time all-conference selection… conference Female Athlete of the Year finalist in 2013.

Personal — born March 4, 1995… daughter of Phil and Linda Herra… NIC-10 scholar athlete, 2011-2013… 2012 Titan Outstanding Principles award winner… open major.
