2021 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – placed third in hammer throw with a collegiate-best 198-7 (60.53m) at Billy Hayes Invite… that mark ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… letterwinner.

2020 — Indoor – posted a collegiate-best weight throw at Meyo Invite (59-1 1/2, 18.02m) and Texas Tech Shootout (59-1 1/2, 18.02m)… Dean’s list student.

2019 — Indoor – posted a season-best weight throw at Frank Sevigne Invitational (55-9 1/4, 17.00m)… Outdoor – posted season-best hammer throw of 185-6 (56.55m) at Florida Relays… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – won triple jump at Hawkeye Invite (38-7 3/4, 11.78m) and competed in event at Wieczorek Invite (38-7 1/2, 11.77m)… Outdoor – placed 12th in triple jump with a collegiate-best 39-6 1/2 (12.05m) at B1G Championships… that mark ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2017 — Indoor – placed third in pentathlon with a collegiate-best 3,421 points at Larry Wieczorek Invite… posted collegiate-bests in high jump (5-3 1/4, 1.61m) and long jump (17-11 1/2, 5.47m) as part of pentathlon… placed second in triple jump (38-10 1/4, 11.84m) and sixth in 60-meter hurdles (9.17) at Border Battle… triple jump marks ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… placed 12th in pentathlon at B1G Championships (3,368 points), posting collegiate-bests in 60-meter hurdles (8.98), 800 meters (2:37.36) and shot put (32-8 1/2, 9.97m) as part of that event… Outdoor – placed 15th in heptathlon at Jim Click Shootout with a collegiate-best 4,315 points… placed third in triple jump at Jim Click Shootout with a season-best 38-2 (11.63m)… posted season bests in 100-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight (15.13), and 200 meters (26.58) and javelin (64-10 1/4, 19.77m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… letterwinner.
