2019 — Indoor – two-time B1G Champion, winning pentathlon (4,135 points) and ran second leg on winning 1,600-meter relay (3:37.58)… the relay time led team and ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… won 800 meters (2:19.79), placed second in 60-meter hurdles (8.40) and long jump (192- 3/4, 5.86m) and third in shot put (38-0, 11.58m) and high jump (5-6, 1.68m) as part of B1G heptathlon… the hurdles time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… won pentathlon with a school record-setting and collegiate-best 4,220 points at Frank Sevigne Invite… posted a collegiate-best 5-10 (1.78m) in high jump and a season-best 19-2 3/4 (5.86m) in long jump as part of pentathlon… the high jump mark ranks fourth and the long jump mark ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… placed 12th in pentathlon at NCAA Championships (4,090 points)… won long jump at Hawkeye Invite (18-7 3/4, 5.68m) and placed sixth in triple jump at Tyson Invite (40-8 3/4, 12.41m)… Outdoor – All-American… posted collegiate-best 5,577 points in heptathlon at Bryan Clay Invite… that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed 17th in heptathlon at NCAA Championships (5,479 points), earning honorable mention All-America honors… ran collegiate-best 100-meter hurdles at part of NCAA hepathlon (13.49), which ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed third in heptathlon (5,350 points) and sixth in 100-meter hurdles (13.72) at B1G Championships… won 200 meters and placed second in three events as part of B1G heptathlon… ran 100-meter hurdles at Drake Relays (13.73)… competed in high jump (5-9 1/4, 1.76m) and ran 400-meter hurdles (59.99) at Florida Relays… the high jump mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… ran third leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay at Florida Relays (3:36.32)… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – placed second in pentathlon at Wieczorek Invite (3,859 points), placed third in at Husker Invite (3,857 points) and fifth at Big Ten Championships (3,848 points)… posted a team-leading 19-2 (5.84m) in long jump as part of Wieczorek Invite pentathlon and a collegiate best in 800 meters (2:17.71) at part of Big Ten pentathlon… Outdoor – placed seventh in heptathlon with a collegiate-best 5,398 points at Bryan Clay Invite… that point total ranks third all-time at Iowa… posted collegiate bests in high jump (5-8 3/4, 1.75m) and shot put (36-11 1/2, 11.26m) as part of Bryan Clay Invite heptathlon… the high jump mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… won long jump with a collegiate-best 19-3 1/4 (5.87m) at Willie Williams Classic… placed eighth in triple jump with a season-best 40-11 3/4 (12.49m), which ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed 13th in hepathlon at Texas Relays (5,082 points)… won triple jump (39-10 3/4, 12.16m) and placed third in 100-meter hurdles (14.22) at Musco Twilight… letterwinner.

2017 — earned team’s Inspirational award… Indoor – won triple jump with a collegiate-best and team-leading 42-1 1/4 (12.83m) at Border Battle… that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed ninth in triple jump at Big Ten Championships (40-10 1/4, 12.45m) and third at Tyson Invite (40-9 1/2, 12.43m)… ran collegiate-best 60 meters at Border Battle (7.91)… Outdoor – placed sixth in heptathlon with a team-leading 5,205 points… posted season bests in high jump (5-8, 1.73m), long jump (19-1 1/2, 5.83m) and shot put (34-0 1/4, 10.37m) as part of Big Ten heptathlon… placed eighth in heptathlon at Jim Click Shootout (4,928 points)… placed ninth in triple jump with a season-best 40-5 (12.32m) at Mt. SAC Relays… earned team Inspirational award… letterwinner.

2016 — Indoor – placed sixth in triple jump at Iowa State Classic with a team-leading 38-6 3/4 (11.75m)… placed fourth in triple jump at Meyo Invite (38-2 3/4, 11.65m) and 13th at Big Ten Championships (37-10 1/2, 11.54m)… placed fourth in long jump at Iowa Duals with a season-best 17-7 1/2 (5.37m)… Outdoor – placed ninth in triple jump at Big Ten Championships (40-7 1/2, 12.38m) and placed third at Musco Twilight (40-1 1/4, 12.22m).
