2019 — Indoor – placed third in shot put with a collegiate best 51-9 3/4 (15.79m) and competed in weight throw (54-1, 16.48m) at Black & Gold Premier… the shot put mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… posted a collegiate-best weight throw (54-7 1/2, 16.65m) at Larry Wieczorek Invite… Outdoor – posted season bests in in hammer throw at Musco Twilight (163-9, 49.92m) and shot put at Florida Relays (49-9 1/4, 15.17m)… placed second in shot put at Musco Twilight (48-2, 14.68m)… competed in hammer throw at Beach Invite (163-3, 49.76m)… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – posted season-best weight throw of 48-2 (14.68m) at Black & Gold Premier… Outdoor – threw season-best shot put (49-7 1/4, 15.12m) and competed in discus (146-8, 44.71) at Big Ten Championships… the shot put mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in shot put (48-1 1/4, 14.66m) and sixth in discus (144-11, 44.18m) at Battle on the Bayou… placed third in shot put (47-4 1/2, 14.4m), and competed in hammer throw (147-2, 44.87m) and discus (138-1, 42.09m) at Willie Williams Classic… competed in shot put at Drake Relays (47-0 3/4, 14.34m) and discus at Long Beach Invite (150-4, 45.82m)… letterwinner.

2017 — Indoor – placed 11th in shot put with a season-best and team-leading 48-8 1/4 (14.84m) at Big Ten Championships… placed 12th in shot put at Meyo Invite (47-9 1/4, 14.56m), third at Iowa Open (47-9, 14.55m), third at Larry Wieczorek Invite 47-0 1/4 (14.33m), 10th at Iowa State Classic (46-9, 14.25m) and fourth at Hawkeye Invite (45-7 1/4, 13.90m)… placed third in shot put (44-1 12, 13.45m) and weight throw (38-3 1/4, 11.66m) at Border Battle… placed third in discus (142-6, 43.43m) and eighth in shot put (44-10 3/4, 13.68m) at Black & Gold Premier… Outdoor – placed eighth in discus at Jim Click Shootout (150-7, 45.91m)… placed 11th in shot put (45-7 1/4, 13.90m) and 15th in discus (146-3 1/2, 44.59m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… letterwinner.

High School — Des Moines Register All-Iowa elite team member senior year… two-time state shot put champion, setting a meet record senior year… Drake Relays shot put champion senior year… four-time conference champion… all-state, five-time all-conference and five-time all-district honoree in shot put and discus… set school records in shot put (47-10 3/4) and discus (154-1 1/2)… two-time team MVP… lettered four years in track… four-year 3.0 club member… coached by June Wilden and Tony Steen.
