2020 — Indoor – ran 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (10:29.54) and Hawkeye Invite (10:33.94), and mile at Black & Gold Invite (5:20.31)… academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student.

2019 — Indoor – ran 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (10:42.15) and mile at Black & Gold Premier (5:18.06)… Outdoor – ran 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (10:23.58)… academic All-Big Ten… Cross Country – ran collegiate bests at Hawkeye Invite (14:50.2-4,000 meters), Notre Dame Invite (18:24.60-5,000 meters), and B1G Championships (22:37.1 -6,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – ran season bests in mile at Black & Gold Premier (5:23.18) and 3,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (10:50.81)… Outdoor – ran 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (11:02.21)… ran 1,500 meters at Kip Janvrin Open while competing unattached… Dean’s List student… Cross Country – competed in four of seven races… ran collegiate best at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (19:15.65-5,000 meters)… ran season bests at Hawkeye Invitational (15:53.7-4,000 meters) and Woody Greeno Invitational (24:04.0-6,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2017 — Cross Country – ran collegiate bests at Hawkeye Invite (15:36.7-4,000 meters), Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (19:18.2-5,000 meters) and Woody Greeno Invite (23:36.1-6,000 meters)… also ran unattached at Bradley Classic (23:35.6-6,000 meters)… letterwinner.

High School — four-time all-conference in track and two-time conference athlete of the year in cross country… three-time team MVP… Iowa City Press Citizen Cross Country Athlete of the Year her junior year… two-time all-state in cross country… finished third at state cross country meet her senior year… ran three events at state track meet her junior and senior years… City High’s top finisher at the state cross country meet for three straight years… set school record in 5K (18:08)… 2016-17 Iowa City High Female Athlete of the Year… two-time Bud Williams Award winner.

Personal — born January 23, 1999… daughter of Chris and Carol Arch… has four siblings: David, Katherine, Joseph, and Daniel… Katherine runs track and cross country at Indiana Wesleyan University… high school coaches were Tom Mittman, Thos Trefz, and Ryan and Lynn Ahlers… art major.
