2017 — Indoor –  ran third leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay that placed sixth at Big Ten Championships in 3:38.56… ran 600 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:33.95), winning event at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:37.52) and placing fourth at Black & Gold Premier (1:35.07)… Outdoor – ran team-leading and collegiate-best 1:01:37 in 400-meter hurdles at Florida Relays… anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay at Florida Relays (3:32.37) and NCAA West Preliminary (3:35.94)… those times rank second and seventh, respectively, all-time at Iowa… ran 400-meter hurdles at Mt. SAC Relays (1:01.46)… letterwinner.

2016 — Indoor – ran 200 (25.86) and 400 meters (58.93) at Iowa State Classic… ran 200 meters at Border Battle (25.89) and 400 meters at Alex Wilson Invite (57.60)… ran 400 meters at Big Ten Championships (57.74)… Outdoor – ran third leg on team-leading 800-meter relay (1:36.98) and second leg on team-leading distance medley relay (11:56.93)… the 800-meter relay time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… ran 200 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (25.11)… placed third in 400-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight (1:03.83), running event at Big Ten Championships (1:04.26), Jim Click Shootout (1:05.19) and Drake Relays (1:05.32)… letterwinner.
