2017 — Indoor – ran lead leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay that placed sixth at Big Ten Championships in 3:38.56… ran collegiate-best 400 meters at Big Ten Championships (57.22)… ran 400 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (57.54), winning event at Border Battle (58.96), placing fourth at Iowa Open (57.78) and running event at Meyo Invite (58.79) and Black & Gold Premier (58.93)… ran 200 meters at Iowa State Classic (25.49) and Hawkeye Invite (25.63)… Outdoor – ran third leg on 800-meter relay that placed third in 1:38.82 at Drake Relays… that time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… ran 200 meters at Jim Click Shootout (24.82), Musco Twilight (25.14) and Baldy Castillo Invite (25.18)… Dean’s list student… letterwinner… named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

High School — three-time elite all-state and two-time team captain in track… two-time season team points leader… team won two Class 4A titles… set school records in 100 meters and as part of 800-meter relay… won 200-meter title at 2015 USATF Regional Championships… lettered three years in cheerleading… National Honor Society member… graduated with silver cord honors… coached by Jesse Hunt and Kim Carson.
