2020 — Indoor – won 300 meters (40.47) and ran 60-meter hurdles (9.06) at Jimmy Grant Invite… ran 60-meter hurdles at Hawkeye Invite (9.00)…  ran 60-meter hurdles (9.02) and 200 meters (25.54) at Larry Wieczorek Invite… ran 60-meter hurdles (9.02), 200 meters (25.64) and 400 meters (56.93) at Rod McCravy Memorial… ran 200 and 400 meters at Sevigne Husker Invite (25.63, 56.93) and Tyson Invite (25.56, 57.00)… Academic All-Big Ten… B1G Distinguished Scholar… Dean’s List student.

2019 — Indoor – ran season bests in 200 meters at Tyson Invite (25.26) and 400 meters at B1G Championships (56.87)… ran 60-meter hurdles (8.88) and 200 meters (25.41) at Black & Gold Premier… Dean’s List student… Outdoor – ran season bests in 100-meter hurdles (14.58) at Mt. SAC Relays and 400-meter hurdles (1:03.72) at Sun Angel Classic … ran second leg on team-leading sprint medley relay (3:52.85), anchored team-leading 800-meter relay (1:38.52) and ran lead leg on team-leading shuttle hurdle relay (1:05.60).. those times ranks fourth, ninth and fourth, respectively, all-time at Iowa… ran 400-meter hurdles at Mt. SAC Relays (1:03.95)… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 200 meters at ISU Classic (25.60) and 400 meters at Hawkeye Invite (56.50)… ran collegiate-best 8.96 in 60-meter hurdles at Hawkeye Invite… Outdoor – ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay at Florida Relays (12:03.04)… ran 400-meter hurdles at Drake Relays (1:02.12), Musco Twilight (1:02.45), Long Beach Invite (1:02.81) and Battle on the Bayou (1:02.82)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2017 — redshirted… Indoor – competed in 60-meter hurdles (9.27) and shot put (28-1 1/2, 8.57m) at Hawkeye Invite while competing unattached… ran 200 and 400 meters at Iowa Open (2616, 57.21), Larry Wieczorek Invite (26.94, 59.46) and Black & Gold Premier (26.36, 58.34) while competing unattached… Outdoor – placed fourth in 400-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight (1:01.67) while competing unattached… Dean’s List student.

High School — four-time state qualifier and three-time conference champion… two-time all-conference, earning elite all-state and team MVP honors senior year… set school records in 100 hurdles and as part of shuttle hurdle, 400-meter and 1,600-meter relays… four-time all-academic award honoree… coached by Kirk Schmaltz and Ben Duea.
