2024 — Indoor – won shot put with a collegiate-best and team-leading 55-9 1/4 (17.00m) at Iowa Open… that mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in shot put at B1G Championships (55-0, 16.76m)… won shot put at Iowa State Classic (54-6 3/4, 16.63m), Jimmy Grant Invite (54-4 1/2, 16.57m), Hawkeye Invite (53-8, 16.38m) and Larry Wieczorek Invite (53-2 3/4, 16.22m), and placed second at Black & Gold Invite (53-2 3/4, 16.22m)… Outdoor – B1G discus champion, throwing a collegiate-best and team-leading 194-7 (59.31m)… that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed 14th in shot put with a season-best 55-5 3/4 (16.91m) and 19th in discus (179-8, 54.76m) at NCAA West Preliminary… won shot put at USF Alumni Invite (55-2 3/4, 16.83m), earning co-B1G Women’s Field Athlete of the Week honors… placed sixth in shot put at B1G Championships (54-4, 16.56m)… won discus (186-6, 56.84m) and placed second in shot put (53-11, 16.43m) at Desert Heat Classic… won discus at Jim Click Shootout (183-6, 55.95m)… won discus (180-7, 55.04m) and placed second in shot put (53-6 1/4, 16.31m) at Musco Twilight… placed 12th in discus at U.S. Olympic Trials (168-4, 51.30m), posting a 192-5 (58.66m) in the qualifying round… Dean’s List student (Spring 2024)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2023 — Indoor – placed fourth in shot put with a team-leading and season-best 54-7 1/4 (16.64m) at Tyson Invite… that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in shot put at B1G Championships (52-10 3/4, 16.12m) and won event at Iowa State Classic (52-5 1/4, 15.98m)… Outdoor – placed fifth in discus (180-5, 55.01m) and eighth in shot put with a season-best and team-leading 55-7 3/4 (16.96m) at B1G Championships… the shot put mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… won discus with a team-leading 185-3 (56.47m) and placed second in shot put (53-7, 16.33m) at Hurricane Invite… earned B1G Women’s Field Athlete of the Week honors after Hurricane Invite performance… won shot put (55-0 3/4, 16.78m) and discus (178-2, 54.32m) at Jim Duncan Invite… two-time Drake Relays champion, winning shot put (54-0, 16.46m) and discus (175-10, 53.60m)… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Spring 2023)… letterwinner.

2022 — Indoor – won shot put with a season-best 53-6 1/2 (16.32m) at Hawkeye Invite… Outdoor – placed sixth in discus with a team-leading 174-7 (53.23m) and 10th in shot put with a team-leading and season-best 53-0 (16.15m) at B1G Championships…placed second in discus at Musco Twilight (172-8, 52.62m) and fourth in shot put at Drake Relays (52-10, 16.10m)… letterwinner.

 

 

 

2021 — Indoor – posted season bests in shot put (52-3 1/4, 15.93m) and weight throw (54-8 3/4, 16.68m) at Larry Wieczorek Invite… Outdoor – All-American… placed 18th in shot put at NCAA Championships (54-7 1/2, 16.65m), earning honorable mention All-America honors… placed 12th in shot put with a season-best 54-7 1/2 (16.65m) at NCAA West Preliminary… threw a season-best 167-9 (51.13m) in discus at Wisconsin B1G Invite… letterwinner.

2020 — Indoor – placed fifth in shot put with a season-best 48-11 (14.91m) at Texas Tech Shootout… competed in shot put at B1G Championships (46-6 3/4, 14.19m), Meyo Invite (45-9, 13.94m) and Larry Wieczorek (45-7 3/4, 13.91m).
