2022 — Indoor – first team All-American as part of 1,600-meter relay, placing eighth in 3:35.03 at NCAA Championships… set school record in 800 meters (2:04.56) and anchored school record-setting 1,600-meter relay (3:32.38) at Tyson Invite… placed fifth in 800 meters (2:05.64) and ran third leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed third (3:35.73) at B1G Championships… the relay time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… won 600 meters with a collegiate-best and team-leading 1:28.45 and placed second in 800 meters (2:05.24) at Meyo Invite… the 600-meter time ranks third all-time at Iowa… won 1,000 meters with a meet record-setting and team-leading 2:50.46 at Jimmy Grant Invite… won 400 meters at Hawkeye Invite (55.75)… Outdoor – did not compete… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner.

2019 — Indoor – did not compete… Dean’s List student… Outdoor – anchored school record-setting 3,200-meter relay that placed second at Drake Rlays (8:31.84)… ran season-best 800 meters at Florida Relays (2:07.08)… ran third leg on team-leading sprint medley relay at Florida Relays (3:52.85)… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran at Hawkeye Invite (15:36.6-4,000 meters) and raced unattached at Notre Dame Invite (18:56.41-5,000 meters)… Academic All-Big Ten.

2018 — Indoor – ran team-leading 600 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:31.25)… Iowa’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award honoree… Outdoor – placed seventh in 800 meters (2:10.70) at B1G Championships, running a team-leading 2:08.45 in prelims… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner… Cross Country – Academic All-Big Ten.

2017 — Indoor – ran season bests in 200 meters (26.48) at Black & Gold Premier, 400 meters at Border Battle (59.26), and 600 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:33.13)… Outdoor – ran season bests in 200 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (25.92), 400 meters at Florida Relays (57.37), and 800 meters at B1G Championships (2:14.09)…earned team John Raffensperger Dedication award… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran at Hawkeye Invite (15:53.4-4,000 meters)… Academic All-Big Ten.

2016 — Cross Country – ran at season-opening Hawkeye Invite (11:35.7-3,000 meters).
