2022 — Indoor – placed second in shot put at Badger St. Valentine’s Invite with a season-best 52-6 3/4 (16.02m)… that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… Outdoor – placed fifth in shot put at Jim Click Shootout with a season-best 50-5 1/4 (15.37m)… that mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… competed in discus (135-3, 41.22m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner.

2021 — Indoor – placed 12th in shot put at NCAA Division II Championships (42-9 1/2, 13.04m)… conference shot put champion (49-4 1/5, 15.05m), placing second in weight throw with a collegiate-best 54-2 1/2 (16.52m)… posted a season-best shot put at Tiffin Dragon Invite (50-1 1/4, 15.27m)… Outdoor – placed seventh in shot put at NCAA Division II Championships (49-3 3/4 (15.03m)… placed second in shot put (48-0 3/4, 14.65m), fifth in discus (138-0, 42.07m) and seventh in hammer throw (147-1, 44.83m) at G-MAC Championships… posted a collegiate-best hammer throw at Yellow Jacket Collegiate Invite (154-7, 47.12m) and a season-best shot put at Rocket Invite (50-2 1/2, 15.30m).

2020 — Indoor – placed third in shot put at G-MAC Championships (47-2 1/4, 14.38m)… posted season bests in shot put (49-6 1/2, 15.10m) and weight throw (52-8, 16.05m) at Conference Crossover.

2019 — Indoor – conference shot put champion (49-9 3/4, 15.18m)… posted season bests in shot put at Kent State Tune-Up (51-3 3/4, 15.64m) and weight throw at G-MAC Championships (48-8 1/4, 14.84m)… Outdoor – conference shot put champion (50-8, 15.44m), placing second in discus (144-10, 44.15m)… posted collegiate-best shot put at Mt. SAC Relays (51-4 1/4, 15.65m) and discus at Emory Classic (150-3, 45.79m).
