2023 — Indoor – placed sixth in 400 meters with a collegiate-best and team-leading 53.28 and anchored 4×400-meter relay that placed fourth in 3:34.49 at B1G Championships… the 400-meter time ranks sixth and the relay time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… ran third leg on team-leading 4×400-meter relay that clocked 3:33.00 at Tyson Invite, which ranks third all-time at Iowa… also ran third leg on 4×400-meter relay that clocked 3:34.06 at Razorback Invite, which ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… ran season-best 24.55 in 200 meters at Razorback Invite… Outdoor – honorable mention All-American as part of 4×400-meter relay that placed 21st in 3:37.08 at NCAA Championships… ran second leg on team-leading 4×400-meter relay that placed 10th at NCAA West Preliminary (3:33.16)… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… ran on four other 4×400-meter relays this season that rank in the top 10 all-time at Iowa (3:35.10-6th, 3:35.17-7th, 3:35.53-8th, 3:35.60-9th)… ran second leg on 4×400-meter relay that placed fourth at B1G Championships (3:35.60)… ran collegiate-best 400 meters at NCAA West Preliminary, which ranks 7th all-time at Iowa… ran collegiate-best 24.16 in 200 meters at Michael Johnson Invite… letterwinner.

High School — eight-time state champion and 10-time medalist at state meet… won back-to-back state-title sweep in 100, 200 and 400 meters, taking gold in all three sprints as a junior and senior at state meet… also a won back-to-back state titles as a member of sprint medley relay… helped team to fourth-place finish in 2021 and third-place finish in 2022… anchored Drake Relays champion sprint medley relay with a 53.98 400-meter split senior year… mamed 2021 Des Moines Register Female Athlete of the Year and 2022 MVC Athlete of the Year… set school records in 100 meters (12.20), 200 meters (24.42), 400 meters (54.46) and as part of sprint medley, 800-meter, and 1,600-meter relays… left fielder on 2021 state championship softball team… coached by Josie Limmex, Nick Elsinger, Ryan Hoerner and Carrie Edgin… four-year honor roll student.
