2023 — Track – Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022, Spring 2023)… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran a season-best 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (24:17.30)… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Fall 2023)… letterwinner.

2022 — Indoor – ran mile at Hawkeye Invite (5:30.12)… Outdoor – did not compete… Dean’s List student (Spring 2022)… Cross Country – Iowa’s second finisher at Illini Open (28th-19:26.9-5,000 meters) and third finisher at Redbird Invite (45th-24:07.1-6,000 meters)… ran collegiate bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (15:59.0) and 6,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (23:49.6)… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… letterwinner.

2021 — Cross Country – ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (16:04.6) and 5,000 meters at Gans Creek Invite (19:25.4)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2021)… letterwinner.

 

High School — won two conference and two county titles in cross country.. three-time county cross country runner of the year… two-time all-conference and three-time state qualifier in cross country… two-time cross country team MVP… received school Marsh Award… won 3,200-meter county title as a freshman, earning all-conference honors and qualifying for state meet… two-time academic all-state in cross country… National Honor Society member… coached by her parents – Wendy Knape and Ryan Knape.

Personal — born February 20, 2003… parents are Ryan Knape and Wendy Knape… both parents competed in cross country and track at Grand Valley State… has one sibling, Kelsey… political science major.
