2023 — Indoor – ran collegiate bests in mile at Iowa Open (5:04.39), 3,000 meters at Meyo Invite (9:55.39), and 5,000 meters at B1G Championships (16:59.54)… Outdoor – ran collegiate bests in 1,500 meters at Raleigh Relays (4:40.12), 5,000 meters at Mt. SAC Relays (16:57.08), and 10,000 meters at Stanford Invite (34:44.62)… the 5,000 and 10,000-meter times led team and the 10,000-meter time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2022 — Indoor – ran season bests in mile at Jimmy Grant Invite (5:31.66), 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (10:17.03), and 5,000 meters at Meyo Invite (17:27.70)… Outdoor – placed eighth in 10,000 meters at Drake Relays with a season-best 36:22.06… ran season bests in 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (10:04.53) and 5,000 meters at B1G Championships (17:32.70)… letterwinner… Cross Country – Iowa’s third finsher at Hawkeye Invite (3rd-14:40.3-4,000 meters)… ran season-best 6,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (21:49.4)… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2021 — Indoor – competed for the University of Northern Iowa… placed fourth in mile at Panther Invite (5:17.38) and ran 3,000 meters at Jack Jennett Invite (10:29.23)… 2020-21 Cross Country – competed for the University of Northern Iowa… placed 46th at 2020-21 MVC Championships (20:36.0)… Outdoor – competed for the University of Northern Iowa… placed 11th in 10,000 meters with a collegiate-best 38:38.14 at MVC Championships… ran a season-best 1,500 meters (5:01.23) at USD Early Bird… received MVC President’s Council and MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Awards… MVC Honor Roll student… Cross Country – competed for the University of Iowa… ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (15:48.3) and 6,000 meters at Gans Creek Invite (22:56.9)… letterwinner.

2020 — competed for the University of Northern Iowa… Indoor – ran season-best mile at Wartburg Friday Night Lights meet (5:21.05) and 3,000 meters at Black & Gold Premier (10:47.65).

 

 

2019 — competed for the University of Northern Iowa… Indoor – ran season-best mile at Jack Jennett Open (5:27.40)… Outdoor – ran season-best 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight (5:02.20)… Cross Country – competed in six races… posted season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (16:00.3), 5,000 meters at Illinois State Invite (19:52.3), and 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (23:23.8).

2018 — Cross Country – competed for the University of Northern Iowa… ran at Dan Huston Invite (6,000 meters-25:14.0) and Bradley Pink Classic (8,000 meters-25:55.3).

High School — four-year varsity competitor in cross country, track, and soccer… coached by Nathan Hopp and Todd Goodell… National Honor Society member… graduated with honors.

Personal — born August 31, 1999… parents are Shawn and Lynn Block… her father ran track and cross country at Coe College… has one sibling, Grayson… earned degrees in biology and biochemistry at the University of Northern Iowa.. is pursuing her master’s degree in clinical anatomy at Iowa.
