HEAR FROM HEAD COACH NATHAN MUNDT
“We had some excellent performances this afternoon against a top-25 Big Ten opponent. Minnesota has been an excellent program for a long time. It was great to see our team come together and make progress today. We are still in the early part of our season. We had a great team effort along with some individual efforts. Payton Flowers won a couple of events. Olivia Swalley won the 200 breast in a top-10 time. She had an all-time mark in the 200 butterfly, as well. The divers hung in strong against some world-class competition. All in all, we kept fighting and, even though the score was a little short of what we would like, we came together strong and finished well. We are proud of the progress we are making.”

Up Next: Iowa travels to Purdue on Nov. 7 for a meet with the Boilermakers. Competition begins at 3:00 p.m. (CT) inside the Morgan J. Burke Aquatic Center.
