High School – Elite team all-State member as a senior… two-time all-State, all-District and all-Conference selection… team captain and team MVP in 2000… posted a 7-1 record with a school record .37 ERA in 2000 in guiding City High to a 31-10 record… played on the Iowa City Braves club team that made five national tournament appearances… played on the Iowa City Falcons club team that went to the 13-15 year old Babe Ruth World Series… academic all-Conference… honor roll throughout high school.
