High school honors – – Earned first-team all-conference and all-region honors… third-team all-state… Career – – Tight end and linebacker as a prep… injured during senior season… helped prep team advance to state playoffs four straight seasons… team won state title in 2018 and 2019 with combined 21-6 record… rushed for 1,300 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior, with 200 receiving yards and two touchdowns… recorded 81 tackles on defense, with three recovered fumbles, two forced fumbles and two interceptions… team captain… also competed in basketball and track.

2024 Honors - - Brett Greenwood Award... 2024 - - Played in 12 games, starting at fullback twice... caught two passes for eight yards (long of five yards) in 31-14 win at Minnesota... caught one pass for 10 yards and had one carry for two yards in 19-20 loss at Iowa State... letterwinner.

2023 – – Played in all 14 games, starting at fullback twice… caught one pass for 15 yards in 10-7 win at Northwestern… one pass for two yards in 20-13 win at Iowa State… letterwinner.
