#6 Seth Anderson Season 2025-26

2025 -- Started five games at wide receiver, marking his 24th career start... played in eight games... has 10 catches for 54 yards (long of 20 yards) and two touchdowns on the season... led team with three catches for 26 yards (long of 20 yards) and two touchdowns in 47-7 win over UMass... became the first Hawkeye player since Maurice Brown (2002) to have two receiving touchdowns in the first quarter of a game with his performance vs. UMass.

2024 Honors -- Comeback Player of the Year... 2024 -- Played in seven games with two starts at wide receiver, marking his 19th career start... had five catches for 106 yards (long of 42 yards) on the season... caught two passes for 44 yards (long of 42 yards) in 40-14 win over Northwestern... caught two passes for 35 yards (long of 30 yards) and collected his first solo tackle of the season in 17-20 loss at UCLA.

2023 -- Started at wide receiver in eight games, playing in all 14... caught 11 passes for 150 yards (13.6 yards per catch avg., 12.5 yards per game avg.) and one touchdown on the season... his long reception of 36 yards was the first Hawkeye touchdown of the season and the first of his Hawkeye career... caught two passes for 41 yards, including the first Hawkeye touchdown of the season (36 yards-third play of the game) in 24-14 win over Utah State... caught two passes for 15 yards and recorded his first tackle in 12-10 loss vs. Minnesota... caught two passes for 26 yards in 15-13 win over Illinois... rushed one time for 30 yards and caught one pass for 13 yards in 41-10 win over Western Michigan... letterwinner.

 

 

2022 Honors -- Second-team All-Big South… Big South Offensive Freshman of the Year… Jerry Rice Freshman of the Year finalist… two-time Big South Freshman of the Week… 2022 -- Played for Charleston Southern… eight catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns in season-opening contest vs. Western Carolina… five receptions for 40 yards at North Carolina State… five catches for 97 yards and one touchdown at Eastern Kentucky… 78 yards and one touchdown on two receptions at Campbell… five catches for 66 yards and one touchdown at Bryant… four catches for 26 yards and one score vs. Gardner-Webb… seven receptions for 82 yards at Kennesaw State… five receptions for 97 yards and one touchdown vs. Robert Morris.

2021 -- Redshirted… saw action in three games, recording one reception.

High School Career -- Recorded 32 receptions for 433 yards and five touchdowns as a senior… eight rushing attempts for 35 yards and one touchdown… 15 punt returns for 306 yards and eight kickoff returns for 134 yards… also competed in wrestling and track as a prep… earned sixth place at state wrestling championships… member of 4×100-meter relay region championship team.
