2025 -- Started at defensive back in 10 games, marking his 17th  career start... has 39 tackles (24 solo, 15 assists), one interception, and leads the team with eight pass break-ups on the season while Iowa's defense is ranked eighth in the nation in total defense (267.9) and scoring defense (14.5), ninth in first-down defense (169), 12th in passing defense (166.3), and 14th in rushing defense (101.6)... the eight pass break-ups ranks second in the Big Ten... collected a career-high seven tackles (four solo, three assists) and matched a career-high three pass break-ups in 38-28 win at Rutgers... recorded six tackles (two solo, career-high four assists)in 25-24 win over Penn State... led team with five tackles (all solo) in 34-7 season-opening win over UAlbany... recorded five tackles (three solo, two assists) and one pass break-up in 37-0 shutout at Wisconsin... collected five tackles (three solo, two assists) in 16-18 loss to #9 Oregon... recorded four solo tackles in 21-26 loss at #17 USC... recorded three tackles (one solo, two assists) and a career-high three pass break-ups in 13-16 loss at Iowa State... collected two tackles (one solo, one assist) and intercepted one pass in 41-3 win over Minnesota... had two tackles (one solo, one assist) and one pass break-up in 15-20 loss to #11/12 Indiana.

2024 Honors -- Next Man In Award, defense... 2024 -- Played in 12 games, starting in seven games at defensive back, marking his seventh career start... had 19 tackles (13 solo, six assists), one interception, two pass break-ups and one recovered fumble on the season... collected a season-high five tackles (season-high four solo, one assist) in 13-10 win over Nebraska... recorded four tackles (three solo, one assist) and snagged his first career interception in 29-13 win at Maryland... collected three tackles (two solo, one assist) and broke up his first career pass in 19-20 loss to Iowa State... recovered first career fumble as defense allowed just 189 yards in season-opening 40-0 shutout of Illinois State... collected two tackles (one solo, one assist) and one pass break-up in 24-27 Music City Bowl loss to Missouri... letterwinner.

2023 -- Played in first six games, missing the remainder of the season due to injury… recorded two tackles (one solo, one assist) in 20-13 win at Iowa State… had one solo tackle in season-opening 24-14 win over Utah State and in 20-14 win vs. Purdue, and one assisted tackle in 31-0 loss at Penn State… letterwinner.

 

 

2022 -- Played in all 13 games… posted four tackles (three solo, one assist)… recorded one solo tackle in 33-13 win over Northwestern, in 24-3 win at Purdue, and in 13-10 win at Minnesota… collected one assisted tackle in 27-0 win over Nevada… one of eight true freshmen to see action… letterwinner.

High School Honors -- Earned all-conference and all-state honors as a senior, while being named team MVP and conference Specialist of the Year… earned all-conference honors as a sophomore… Scholar Athlete and Honor Roll student… Career -- Four-year football letterman while playing defensive back, wide receiver and quarterback and returning both kickoffs and punts… team won three straight league championships, while winning sectional title as a freshman and sophomore and regional title as a freshman… team posted four-year overall record of 41-5 and 17-1 conference mark… recorded 26 tackles, three interceptions and one forced fumble as a senior, with 48 receptions for 805 yards and 10 touch-downs… as a junior passed for 361 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing 46 times for 360 yards and seven touchdowns… three interceptions on defense for 120 yards, with one touchdown and 13 tackles… 22 receptions for 379 yards and five touchdowns as a sophomore, with 35 tackles and one interception… 12 receptions for 194 yards and two touchdowns as a freshman, with five tackles on defense… team captain as a senior… also two-year basketball letterman as a prep.
