High School Honors – – Two-time team MVP and all-conference honoree… earned all-state recognition as a junior… team captain as a senior… honored as his basketball team’s defensive player of the year and 3-point leader as a junior… Career – – Four-time football letterman as a running back… rushed for 678 yards and eight touchdowns in only five games played due to injury his senior season… amassed 1,451 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior… totaled 979 rushing yards and eight scores as a sophomore… registered 169 rushing yards and two touchdowns in four contests as a freshman… also earned three letters in basketball.
