2025 Honors -- One of two sophomores named to 2025 Player Council... 2025 -- Started at cash position in all 11 games... has 63 tackles on the season (39 solo, 24 assists), including 4.5 tackles for a loss of 12 yards, one QB sack for one yard, three interceptions for 72 yards and one touchdown, five pass break-ups, and one recovered fumble on the season while Iowa's defense is ranked eighth in the nation in total defense (267.9) and scoring defense (14.5), ninth in first-down defense (169), 12th in passing defense (166.3), and 14th in rushing defense (101.6)... the three interceptions rank fifth in the Big Ten... collected a career-high eight solo tackles, including one tackle for a loss of one yard, in 21-26 loss at #17 USC... recorded seven tackles (three solo, four assists), and intercepted his first pass of the season and returning it 38 yards late in the fourth quarter in 15-20 loss to #11/12 Indiana... collected seven tackles (three solo, career-high four assists) in 25-24 win over Penn State... recorded six tackles (five solo, one assist), including one tackle for a loss of two yards, one interception and one pass break-up in 20-17 win over Michigan State... recorded six tackles (four solo, two assists) and three pass break-ups in 38-28 win at Rutgers... recorded six tackles (three solo, three assists) in 16-18 loss to #9 Oregon... led team with five tackles (three solo, two assists) in 34-7 season-opening win over UAlbany... recorded five tackles (one solo, career-high four assists), including 0.5 tackles for aloss of three yards, and one interception for a 34-yard return and a touchdown, in 41-3 win over Minnesota... the pick six was the first of Lutmer's career and Iowa's first of the season, extending the team's pick six streak to 18 seasons... recorded five tackles (three solo, two assists), including his first career tackle for a loss of five yards, in 13-16 loss at Iowa State... collected five tackles (three solo, two assists), including his first career QB sack for one yard and one tackle for a loss of one yard, and his first career pass breakup in 47-7 win over UMass... collected three solo tackles and recovered his first career fumble in 37-0 shutout at Wisconsin.

Dean's List student (2025 spring)... 2024 -- Played in all 13 games... had 14 tackles (11 solo, three assists) and one interception on the season... recorded five tackles (three solo, two assists) in 24-27 Music City Bowl loss to Missouri... collected three tackles (two solo, one assist) in 40-16 win over Washington... recorded two solo tackles in 40-14 win over Northwestern... collected one solo tackle and his first career interception in 17-20 loss at UCLA... letterwinner.

2023 Honors -- Team Leader Award, special team… 2023 -- Played in 41-10 win over Western Michigan and in 35-0 loss to Tennessee, but had no statistics.

High School Honors -- Named to Elite all-state team as a senior… earned first-team all-state and all-district honors as a senior, being named captain of first team… first-team all-district and all-state as a sophomore and junior… named Class 2A Player of the Year as a sophomore… four-year High Honor Roll student…  Career -- Earned three football letters as defensive back and quarterback… holds school records for total yards, rushing yards and points scored… prep team won state championship as a senior after reaching title game as a sophomore and quarterfinals as a junior, compiling three-year record of 31-5… as a senior totaled 1,562 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns, while passing for 1,357 yards and 16 touchdowns and recording 45 tackles and three interceptions on defense… as a junior passed for 1,016 yards and eight touchdowns… 149 rushing attempts for 1,246 yards and 22 touchdowns, along with three successful two-point conversions… recorded 46.5 tackles, including 36 solo stops and three tackles for loss… four interceptions for 100 yards and one touchdown as a junior… on special teams had seven punt returns for 151 yards, while averaging 36.8 yards in limited punting duty… rushed for 1,609 yards and 23 touchdowns as a sophomore, with 1,194 passing yards and eight touchdowns… four interceptions as a sophomore, including two touchdown returns… team captain as a junior and senior… also competed in basketball, baseball and track.
