2020 as a senior (season cut short due to Coronavirus)

• Appeared in 14 games with eight starts as 1B, 3B, DP, and P
• Tallied a season-high two RBIs against UKC on Feb. 23.
• Hit her first homerun of the season against Virginia Tech on Feb. 7.
• Threw 5.2 IP, striking out four batters.
• Threw 2 scoreless innings in relief against FAU on Feb. 29.

2019 as a junior

• Started in all 51 games, splitting time between 1b, DP, and P
• Tied for the team lead with 5 home runs
• Tied for second on the team with 34 hits
• Recorded first Division I hit against Bucknell on Feb. 8
• Hit first Division I home run and recorded three RBIs against UMass on Feb. 17
• Went 4-for-4 with three doubles against Fordham on Feb. 23
• Recorded two hits and two RBIs against Miami (OH) on March 10
• Batted 4-for-4 with three runs and two doubles against Illinois on April 13

• Named NFCA National Player of the Year
• NFCA first team All-American
• Iowa Community College Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year
• NJCAA DII home run champion with 30 home runs
• National leader with 90 RBIs and 191 total bases
• Ranked second in Division II with a 1.079 slugging percentage and 82 runs scored
• In the circle, Mayhew went 20-3 with a 2.08 ERA and four shutouts
• Finished the season with a .446 batting average
• Recorded five multi-home run games
• Went 4-5 with four home runs and 12 RBIs against North Iowa Area Community College on April 19
