Molly Rygh

Molly Rygh joined the Iowa women's basketball staff in April of 2025 after working for women's hoops and soccer in an interim role. In her first season with the Hawkeye women's basketball team, Iowa advanced to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.

Rygh was named the Iowa soccer staff as Director of Operations in January 2024.

Rygh previously served the Iowa Rowing coaching staff in 2023 as a graduate assistant. Rygh was a rower at Iowa from 2018-2023, where she was a four-time honoree in the following areas: Academic All-Big Ten, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, CRCA Scholar Athlete and letterwinner.

Rygh holds a B.A. in elementary education from the University of Iowa, as well as an M.A. in Sports and Recreation management.
