Phillip Sheridan Season 2009-10

2009-10 — redshirted… went 3-2 at 149 pounds while competing unattached… placed fourth at Grand View Open.

High School — prep career record was 160-21… won state title senior year, placing second as a junior… two-time regional champion… four-time all-district and all-conference, earning all-state honors twice… helped team to state title senior year… set school records for most pins in a season (32), most wins in a season (48)… ranked second in school history in most takedowns in a season (338)… also competed in football and track… earned academic award in athletic development, Spanish 1A and EMT/Search and Rescue… coached by Randy Keys.

Personal — born November 12, 1990… son of John Sheridan… his dad was a three-time wrestling all-American at Adams State College… his brother, Jacob, wrestled at Adams State College and Utah Valley University… health and sport studies major.
