Brittany Keyes Season 2007-08

2006-2007… Raced in V8+ and V2+ during the fall season… saw action in the first and second varsity eights during the spring… sat sixth seat in the V8+ that earned Big Ten Boat of the Week… sat seventh seat in the 2V8+ at Central Regional Sprints placing second in Final C… Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar Athlete and academic all-Big Ten.

2005-2006… Member of the 2V8+ for almost every race in the spring season. Helped the Hawkeyes defeat Duke and Kansas State at the Longhorn Invitational. Also helped the Hawkeyes to a second place finish in the Petite Finals of the Big Ten Championships and 2nd in the C Finals of the Central Sprints… academic all- Big Ten.

2004-2005… Novice member… sat two-seat in the 1N8+ during the spring season… placed fifth in Final A at Central Regional Sprints.

Before Iowa… Two-time all-conference pick in basketball as a point guard… all-conference and team MVP in soccer as a senior.

Personal… Born July 26, 1986… daughter of Daniel Keyes and Theresa Fritz… athletic training major.
