Allison Faris Season 2008-09

2008-2009… Competed in two fall events… raced in 1V4+ for four spring events… claimed three first place finishes at the Longhorn Invitational… earned second and third place finish at the San Diego Crew Classic… finished second in both sessions of the Michigan Duals… placed second in petite finals at the Big Ten Championships… also claimed fifth place finish in the Open 4+ finals of the Central/South Regionals.

2007-2008… Novice member… member of the N8+ for each race in the spring season… posted a win over Kansas State in the Longhorn Invitational… contributed to the Hawkeyes first place team finish at the George Washington Invitational with two wins against Navy… posted first place finishes against Indiana and Ohio State in the Big Ten Challenge… earned a first place finish in the Petite Final at the Big Ten Championships… placed fourth in the Petite Finals at the South-Central Regionals…sat in the three seat each race this season.

Before Iowa… Four-year letterwinner in volleyball… letterwinner in track… four-year letterwinner in softball… two-year captain… drum majorette… National Honor Society member.
