2016-17 — Appeared in three competitions on the 1V4+ crew and two competitions on the 2V4+ crew…helped Iowa to a 12th-place finish overall with the 1V4+ crew at the NCAA Championship on May 28 and a sixth-place finish (7:43.90) in the petite final…finished fifth in the A/B semifinal  (7:23.94) at the NCAA Championship on May 27…finished third (7:11.80) in the first heat and won (7:07.55) the repechage at the NCAA Championship on May 26…helped Iowa to a sixth-place finish (7:18.54) on the 1V4+ crew at the Big Ten Championship on May 14…helped Iowa to a runner-up finish (7:25.80) on the 2V4+ crew against Princeton, Syracuse, and Penn on April 28…defeated Rutgers (8:01.00) on the 2V4+ crew in the morning session and finished runner-up (7:57.50) to Ohio State on the 2V4+ crew in the afternoon session of the Big Ten Double Dual on April 8…finished seventh (19:57.65) on the 1V4+ crew at the Head of the Charles Regatta on Oct. 22.

2015-16 — competed in six competitions on the 1V4+ boat… placed first (7:38.4) in the 1V4+ boat at the Big Ten/ ACC Double Dual… competed in both sessions of the Big Ten Double Dual in the 1V4+ boat, placing second (7:23.80) in the morning session and first (7:42.30)… placed second in both sessions at the Lake Natoma Invite on April 16… placed second (7:30.0) at the Tennessee Conference Invite… placed sixth (7:33.879) in the 1V4+ boat at the Big Ten Championships… letterwinner

2014-15… Competed with the V8+ crews against Indiana in the fall… competed with the 1N8+ crew at the Big Ten Double Dual, B1G/Big 12 Challenge, against Tennessee, and the Big Ten Championships… helped beat 1N8+ beat Michigan by 6.4 seconds at the Big Ten Double Dual… helped the 1N8+ crew collect a first place finish with a comfortable 16-second margin over the Jayhawks at the B1G/Big 12 Challenge… helped the team finish second at the B1G/Big 12 Challenge… helped the team to a sixth place finish, the second highest scoring performance at the Big Ten Championships in program history, and the highest since 2003.

Before Iowa… Member of the swim team… competed in the Henley Royal Regatta in England in 2014… participated in the Canadian Henley from 2012-2014… competed in the Canadian Nationals from 2012-2014… and competed in the American Nationals in New Jersey in 2013 and 2014.

Personal… Born April 19, 1996… daughter of Matthew and Silvana DiBellonia… liberal arts and science major.

Why Iowa… I would have never known about the University of Iowa if Coach Garbutt and Coach Carter didn’t contact me and bring me down for an official visit. I love the feel the school has, the facilities are spectacular, and the undergraduate program is very prestigious.

My favorite aspect of rowing is… My favorite aspect of rowing is working with my team to make our boat go as fast as possible.

What made you want to become a rower… At my high school, every student has to choose a sport and I decided to give rowing a try. I instantly fell in love and haven’t been able to stop.
