Kayla Jensen Season 2019-20

2017-18 — Appeared in six competitions on the 1N8+ crew, two competitions with the 1N4+ crew, and in three competitions with the 1V4+ crew… won the 1N8+ race (18:09.087) and the 1N4+ race (19:50.927) at the Head of the Des Moines on Sept. 30… won the 1N8+ race (13:32.28) and finished runner-up in the 1N4+ race (15:50.38) at the Jayhawk Jamboree on Oct. 22… placed third  in the first round (7:05.200) and second round (7:32.899) with the  1V4+ crew at the Longhorn Invitational on April 28… finished seventh in the 1V4+ race (7:33.848) to help Iowa to a fourth-place finish at the Big Ten Championship on May 13… placed second in prelims (6:36.964), sixth in the semifinals (6:46.86), and sixth in the petite final (6:41.92) with the 1V4+ crew to help the Hawkeyes to an 11-place finish at the NCAA Championship on April 27.

Before Iowa… Team Captain of volleyball team in 2016…4-year varsity letterwinner in track and volleyball…back-to-back state champions in 5a volleyball…Participated in track and soccer.
