2025 -- Indoor - Ran lead leg on school record-setting 4x400-meter relay at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (3:30.42)... ran lead leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:31.04), earning second-team All-Big Ten honors... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on 4x400-meter relay that clocked 3:31.62 at Tyson Invite, which ranks third all-time at Iowa... ran collegiate bests in in 200 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (24.32), 300 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite (38.18), and 400 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (53.11)... the 400-meter time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa... Outdoor - Ran second leg on school record-setting 4x400-meter relay that won race in 3:30.92 at Tom Jones Memorial... ran second leg on 4x400-meter relay that clocked a 3:31.55 at Pepsi Florida Relays, which ranks third all-time at Iowa... ran lead leg on team-leading 4x100-meter relay that clocked a 44.29 at Tom Jones Memorial... that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa...  ran 400 meters at Tom Jones Memorial (52.92) and Pepsi Florida Relays (53.19)... Dean’s List student (Fall 2024).

 

High School -- Two-time 4×400 meter New Balance Indoor National winner… 2024 200 meter, 4000 meter, 4×400 relay meter state winner… 2024 400 meter and 4x 400 New Balance Outdoor National winner… three-time team sportsmanship award winner. 

Personal -- Born March. 29, 2006… parents are Gissell and Rohan Williams… sibling is Alex… pre-veterinary major…. coached by Gerald Phiri.
